In recommendations, among the other, it is suggested that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine should expedite the introduction for the Parliamentary hearings the bill on amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education in Ukraine" with the propositions of the Ministry on Health Protection of Ukraine regarding the formation of the Universities hospitals and implementation of residenture.
Moreover, it stresses the necessity of the preserving of the existing network of the higher medical and pharmaceutical universities and institutions after graduate education in the sphere of Subordination to the Ministry on Health Protection of Ukraine.
